It’s been a busy year here at PPC Protect. We’ve grown the team, expanded the platform, blocked billions of invalid clicks, and had a blast along the way.
To keep track of the team’s activities, each quarter, we’ll be posting a short roundup of the highlights from the last few months.
Let’s see what the team achieved between October and December 2021!
We Launched Our New Platform
The most significant achievement of Q4 was launching our new multi-platform technology. Before, PPC Protect only protected your Google Ads, whereas we can now block invalid traffic on every ad network.
LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, Twitter, Naiver, Yandex… wherever you are in the world, and whatever platform you advertise on, we’ve got you covered.
PPC Protect At London’s B2B Marketing Expo
In November, some of the team headed down to London to attend the B2B Marketing Expo. After such a long time without physical events, it was great to have a stand we were proud of and spend two whole days chatting to other businesses and marketers.
Big shout out to the Brand Team who did a smashing job on the booth design!
Also, our CMO, Pete Rawlinson, gave a talk on ‘Unlocking Ad Data’s Potential: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly’, which you can read about over on our blog if you missed it.
We All Got Together In The Office
As part of our quarterly planning process, the PPC Protect team converges on Chorley, Greater Manchester from all around the world. In these challenging times, getting together as a team is increasingly difficult, and so when we see one another, we like to make the most of it.
The Kick-Off Week is split into two halves: we spend the start of the week creating plans, collaborating, and sharing our visions with different teams. Then, we head up to Manchester city center and have a good time.
From scavenger hunts to digital darts, the PPC Protect Social Squad really knows how to plan for an action-packed day out.
Some Of The Team Moved To Manchester
As the PPC Protect team continues to grow, some of us have chosen to move closer to the office. Pierre and Loyd from the Sales team and our new CTO David have all made themselves at home in the same apartment building in Deansgate.
Keep your eyes peeled for a PPC Protect HQ in Manchester next year…
Our New Marketplace & Partner Program Launched
We also launched our new partner and growth program this quarter!
The aim of the program is more than just earning up to 15% in revenue every month; it’s about creating meaningful opportunities for both parties.
As well as co-branded marketing opportunities, Partners get a free, promoted listing on our Marketplace as well as a free PPC Protect subscription to protect all their ads on whichever platform they run.
You can find out more about the benefits of becoming a PPC Protect partner here.
PPC Protect Joined Tech Zero
Protecting the environment is something we’ve always been passionate about. We plant a lot of trees every year, and now we’re proud to have joined Tech Zero.
This means we’re committed to measuring all our emissions and aim to be net-zero by the end of 2021. We also commit to:
- Annually measure and publish all scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon emissions.
- Publish a climate action plan by the end of 2021 which includes short and medium interim targets.
- Appoint an executive team member to be responsible and accountable for their net-zero target, report progress to their board and on their website every year.
- Communicate climate commitments in other meaningful ways, including to customers.
David Triger Became CTO
This month, we announced David Triger’s move to Chief Technology Officer. With a strong cybersecurity background, David brings a wealth of experience and skill to the role.
We’re excited to see what he and his team have in store for 2022!
The PPC Protect Squad Grew Its Numbers
And last, but certainly not least, we’ve welcomed three new starters! Joining the team is Ellen Maulder (Marketing Co-ordinator), Leonardo Pizarro (Demand Generation Specialist), and Aylelet Bronstein (Research & Development).
If you fancy joining PPC Protect, take a look at the roles we’re currently recruiting for — we’d love to hear from you!
What a great end to the year — we can’t wait to see what Q1 has to offer.
